Jonathan Low is a Danish serial entrepreneur, bestselling author and former “Entrepreneur of the Year”. For 20 years he has been starting companies; working with digital marketing and writing bestselling books about authenticity in communication, marketing and leadership. Currently he is the CEO & co-founder of JumpStory – a fast growing AI and image startup with customers in +130 countries. JumpStory is challenging industry giants like Shutterstock, Adobe, Getty & Unsplash with a totally new approach to content marketing, images and AI. The company has been named “Netflix of images” by Forbes Magazine, and Low has been named one of the most promising leaders in his generation.
At the AXCD he will talk as a speaker about the future of images in content marketing. In advance he answered three questions about successful content.
What aspect of content and content marketing is most important to you?
I’m very passionate about improving the visual part of content and content marketing. Too much online content put a lot of emphasis on the text and copyrighting part and forget that images account for 75-80% of all clicks and conversions. If we don’t find relevant photos & videos for our content, we risk wasting lots of time and money. Therefore I work with helping marketers find high-performing images that are authentic – with real people and real emotions. This can increase their results tremendously.
Why should the AXCD attendees watch your talk and what can they expect?
They can expect a very down-to-earth presentation about how to pick the right images for content marketing. I will give them concrete insights into what kind of stock images to pick, and why many of the old-fashioned stock platforms don’t work anymore. Also I will let them know how to save a lot of time in their daily job picking winning photos & videos.
As a speaker of the AXCD - what do you expect from the event?
Hopefully an amazing event despite these challenging Covid-times.
